We are unable to offer refunds based on personal taste preferences or if a customer fails to properly refrigerate or store the product after receiving it.

RETURN POLICY

For health, safety, and sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on food or beverage products.

Balance in a Bottle offers shipping on eligible 16 oz bottled products.

Gallons are not available for shipping and must be arranged for local pickup or delivery when available.

Please allow approximately 48 hours for order preparation before pickup, delivery, or shipment. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, large-order periods, or other high-volume dates.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier. Balance in a Bottle is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect addresses entered by the customer, or packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
